What to expect with handmade items:

These offerings were made by someone’s hands. As with anything we create, cook, or grow ourselves- there will be variations from piece to piece. There may be irregularities in the weave, coloration, embroidery, or stitching. If you’re into the vibe of handwork- you will not see these as flaws, but recognize them as the unique character of a handcrafted item.

RETURN POLICY

-Being a very small collection and enterprise, we cannot sustain refunds for returned products. We can accept unworn items for exchange or site credit only.

-We must be notified and receive items with 30 days of receipt. Please contact us first to initiate a return. If you are seeking the same item in a different size, the sooner you contact us the better as it is possible to sell out.

-Customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping.

-If you have any questions about an item you are considering, please contact us. We are happy to provide additional measurements or pictures to help you feel confident in your selections.

-Every item is inspected when we receive it and again before we ship it out. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us right away & we will work to amend the disappointment.

-If your package is damaged in transit, please take photos as they will be necessary for us to file a claim with the shipper.

-We reserve the right to reject any return that is received outside the time limit and terms stated above or in lesser condition than when we shipped it, including- but not limited to: wear, laundering, markings, alteration, smell, pet hair, etc.
